Mirvaso Gel is a topical medication prescribed to treat rosacea (adult acne). Mirvaso Gel contains the alpha agonist Brimonidine to help the decrease redness cause by rosacea by narrowing your blood vessels.

Mirvaso Gel can be applied after washing your hands and the effected areas with soap and water. Apply a thin layer of the medication to your skin, and wait at least 5 minutes before wearing any cosmetics. You should apply Mirvaso Gel once a day, or as directed by your doctor.

Avoid applying the medication near the eyes. Your eyes are sensitive to the medication and could tear up as a result. If eye contact occurs, rinse and flush thoroughly with cold water.

Mirvaso Gel may have ingredients that could induce an allergic reaction. Speak with your doctor regarding known allergies or sensitivities before using this medication.
